1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Trading Mind Protocol offers trading psychology and mindset coaching services, including:

• 15-Minute Introductory Consultation (₹499)
• 3-Week Complete Trader Mind Reprogramming Program (₹24,999)
• 1:1 Trading Mindset Coaching — 1 week, 2 sessions (₹12,999)
• Personal Trading Behaviour Audit (₹4,999)

All services are delivered by Robin Jose via video call or phone, scheduled after payment confirmation.

3. Booking & Payment

• All bookings require full payment in advance via UPI or Razorpay (credit/debit card).
• Your session will be scheduled within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• Clicking "I Have Paid" without completing payment will result in booking cancellation.
• A 3% surcharge applies to card payments to cover payment gateway fees.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional charge.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the session.

5. Not Financial Advice

Trading Mind Protocol provides psychology and mindset coaching only. Nothing on this website or in any session constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations. We are not registered with SEBI or any financial regulatory authority. Please refer to our Financial Disclaimer for full details.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Coaching outcomes depend on individual effort, commitment, and market conditions. Trading Mind Protocol makes no guarantee of trading profits or specific results from participation in any program.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, frameworks, methodologies, and materials shared during sessions — is the intellectual property of Trading Mind Protocol. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal information or session content to any third party without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trading Mind Protocol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our services, including any trading losses incurred after coaching.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
